Where to get Wood Sealer

Several people have asked about where to buy wood sealer for freshly cut wood.

There are 3 ways:

1) The club has a barrel of green wood sealer.  It is located at Ted Walter’s shop.  Login to get Ted’s phone number under Members.  The cost is $10/gallon and you must bring your own containers.

2) You can buy it from the various wood and tool companies for anywhere from $16 to $20 per gallon.

3) If you want 5 gallons or more you can go to Portland and get it from Lacey Harmer, 4270 N. W. Yeon Ave (503-222-9992).  Their product is called “Anchorseal” and it is the best one to use.  A 5 gallon can costs $52.75.
